Beaver Scout Leader
Cyndy Lloyd

This is our youngest section, open to boys and girls from the age of six up
to eight years old. The Beaver Scout leader is Cyndy Lloyd and we have a
vacancy for an Assistant Beaver Scout Leader. Explorer Scouts have been
invited to assist, as Young Leaders with this section, together with a rota
of ‘helping hands’, in the form of mums, dads, grans or granddads.

Beavers take part in lots of activities fulfilling their motto of ‘Fun and
Friends’ and have the opportunity to obtain badges as part of the
progressive training scheme. The most popular activity being Beaver
Sleepovers!

Beavers have the opportunity to join in Group activities at our Family Camps
which have become very popular. This gives the Beavers a wonderful
opportunity to experience life under canvas and to meet some of the other
members of the group, especially the leaders.
